Finance Controller - Internet/Online

- Head finance function and manage all areas of finance

- Incorporate and manage finance operation of subsidiary company abroad (overseas direct investment) and further step down subsidiary.

- Responsible for arrangement and meeting fund requirements from Banks and financial institutions. Budgetary controls preparation, variance analysis & follow-up.

- Generate and analyze Weekly, Monthly & Annual MIS reports as per management requirement.

- Responsible for Statutory Compliance like VAT, Service tax, Tds Returns and Income Tax.

- Preparation of financial statements, fund / cash flow statements, & ratio analysis

- Providing leadership, direction & management in the area of accounts, Finance & compliances.

- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.

- Advising on long-term business and financial planning

- Assisting in management reporting, audits, due diligences and M&As.

- Establishing and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
