Finance Controller - Hypergrowth Portfolio Firm - CA

Responsibilities:

- Establish and manage financial controls & compliance for manufacturing and offline retail operations.

- Coordinate with finance and legal service providers to ensure smooth bookkeeping, taxation, payroll, CS, and legal compliance.

- Act as the primary point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

- Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management, the board of directors, and investors.

- Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, payroll, and deposit management.

MUST have:

1. 3+ years of experience after CA completion

2. Controllership experience in apparel manufacturing and retail industry
