Main Responsibilities :
1 Maintaining the Good Financial Health of the company
2 Timely reporting of all Financial Aspects to the Parent Company
3 Ensuring the working capital is managed properly
4 Ensure all company law and secretarial compliance
5 Ensure proper deployment of Idle Funds
6 Ensure proper risk management is done with respect to company's assets including Forex Management
7 Budget and Budgetary controls
8 Help the management to achieve their sales and profit goals by proper analysis of activities
9 MIS
10 Compliance to financial metrics of company - CGU, DSO etc
Brief Synopsis of the desired Competency:
- Should have ability to insightfully select, combine or invent appropriate tools or technology for tasks; improve or redesign processes, tools, or technologies.
- Should anticipate growing customer needs and expectations and to continuously improve product development and service delivery.
- Should supervise all aspects of accounting function
- Identifies the advantages and disadvantages of pursuing each option or strategy, including costs and time factors
- Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Able to finish projects on time and at or under budget
- Provides long-term direction regarding learning needs for staff and how to pursue the attainment of this learning.
- Shows support to the company's values - particularly demonstrating highest levels of honesty and integrity.
- Makes timely and balances decisions, based on available information but is prepared to review if circumstances change.
Requirements:
- Require ACA/AICWAI or equivalent
- Minimum experience 20 Years
- Strong project, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Analytical knowledge
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
