About our Client - Our client is a US multinational company which is a part of the Fortune 500 group. They are primarily into the healthcare industry with businesses in other space as well. The have a presence in more than 20 countries and have aggressive growth plans for India. They are looking for a Finance controller to head the finance for one of their major business units.

Job Description - Formulating short and long term plans for the India business and ensure progress is on track as per company goal.

- Overseeing accounting, taxation and auditing functions are as per company guidelines.

- Preparing budgets for the company and review variances Manage reconciliations, balance sheets, Profit & Loss statements and general ledgers.

- Manage yearly audit and tax returns with the help of external accounting firm Implement global policies.

- Align with FP&A to prepare Finance budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with atleast 8 years of post qualification experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space. You should be hands on with accounting principles, financial planning and budgeting activities. You should be handling a large team and should be from an MNC only.
