About our Client - Our client started its operation in the USA and expanded its business to India. Since then it has been the fastest growing Health Care company in India and a pioneer in the Out patient Care business model. Having received $150 mn from a private equity fund to further expand, it is looking to hire a Finance Controller to align themselves with the fast growth of the company.

Job Description - Reporting into the Group CFO and Chairman your responsibilities will be:

- Overseeing the entire Finance and Accounting function and ensuring that integrity is maintained in line with Statutory requirements

- Ensure statutory and internal audits are completed as per guidelines at the group level (25 centers)

- Ensure measures for tax savings and compliance are done as per guidelines for direct and indirect taxation

- Implement best practices, controls and systems for smooth functioning of finance team

- Maintain banking relationships with various banks and manager working capital requirement

The Successful Candidate - You must be a CA with 8-12 years of post qualification experience

- You must have handled the accounting contorllership role for at least 3-5 years in your previous assignment

- You must have handled a team of 20 at least and should be able to scale up to a Group CFO position in the future
