Finance Controller - Health Tech Venture

Looking for Candidates with experience of working with start ups and good experience into Due diligence & fund raising activities.

Responsibilities :

- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results

- Conduct risk management, Conduct profit and cost analyses

- Manage MIS, Payroll, Taxation, Auditing, Due Diligence

- Evaluate and decide on investments

- Supervise a team, Allocate resources and manage cash flows

- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations

- Consult board members about funding options, recommend cost-reducing solutions.
