Finance Controller - Food & Beverage - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Controller to join our client's senior leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial future of a fast-growing, innovative company in the luxury food sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives

- Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts

- Manage cash flow and working capital to support business operations and expansion

- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and compliance procedures

- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to drive business decisions

- Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships

- Oversee financial risk management and develop mitigation strategies

- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial advisors

- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

Qualifications:

- CA or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution

- 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 3 years in a senior position

- Strong business acumen with experience in strategic financial planning and analysis

- Proven track record of driving financial performance and operational efficiency

- Experience in a high-growth, preferably consumer goods or food & beverage industry

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems

- Knowledge of Indian GAAP, IFRS, and relevant tax regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the luxury goods or artisanal food product sector

- Familiarity with financial aspects of sustainable and ethical business practices

- International exposure or experience with multi-national corporations
