About the client:

The client is a disruptive, modern, and functional oral care brand for consumers in India and globally. Their idea is to elevate the oral care experiences of the consumers with their clean & effective products and educate people about how they can improve their oral health.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Ensuring compliance of the Company's financial and fiscal policies, providing leadership and coordination in business planning, financial performance, accounting and budgeting efforts.

- All aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

- Identify and implement best practices to make the Company's financial processes and internal controls more efficient and effective.

- Prepare reports as required for Audit Committee, Executive Committee and Board meetings; prepare quarterly consolidated accounts; ensure compliance of financials with IAS/IFRS accounting standards and ensure that tax and regulatory payments, returns and filing are up to date and compliant.

- Manage the finance function across revenue assurance, general accounting, FP&A, banking, direct & indirect taxation and MIS.

- Helping the organization in raising funds (debt and equity), management of funds and due-diligence.

Qualification and Experience:

- 2-4 years experience in startups/FMCG financial roles.

- Have a deep understanding of reconciliation and sales and are able to identify early indicators of risks.

- A Master's Degree in Finance / Professional Finance Qualification / CA/ ACCA or equivalent.

- Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential.
