Financial Controller

- Shape the overall corporate strategy as part of the core leadership team

- Lead the entire corporate finance function

- Manage the internal team to ensure the company's books of accounts are accurate

- Ensure that all tax filings are filed accurately and on time in India and the United States

- Ensure statutory compliance with applicable corporate laws in India and the United States

- Liaison with professional accounting and tax firms in India and the United States

- Cash flow planning and management including investment strategies to deploy surplus cash

- Overall ownership of financial planning as well as risk management for the company

- Manage all investor relations and communications

- Work with the Board to drive the M&A process (target evaluation, deal structuring, diligence, closure)

- Liaison with investors and financial institutions to meet the capital needs of the business
