About our Client - Our client is a more than 50 Billion USD Global Brand with diverse business interests in FMCG and Consumer Durables. With presence in more than 75 countries, they have the manufacturing units around the world including India. With their ongoing business expansion plans, they are currently seeking a high caliber Finance leader who will be based at the Indian headquarters located in Gurgaon.

Job Description - Reporting to the Group CFO, you will provide leadership in all aspects of finance and accounts in the organization. This will include - Financial & Management reporting, financial planning & budgetary control,

- Working capital and cash flow management, Tax and legal work including litigations,

- As an integral member of the senior management team, you will support and provide financial and operational advice to the business and play a key role in the strategic investment and expansion plans internationally.

- You will also spearhead all initiatives pertaining to financial controls, risk and corporate governance for the group.

The Successful Candidate -

- To succeed in this leadership role, you should be a qualified CA with a minimum of 12+ years experience.

- You should be currently holding a senior level position in a large multinational and have familiarity across multiple business lines and varied parts of finance such as financial reporting, regulatory reporting, internal controls and management accounting.

- You are a self-motivated leader, hands-on', versatile and possess a keen eye for details.

- You should have led large teams and have strong business acumen and possess excellent communication, business partnering and negotiation skills to confidently liaise with the senior management and external partners.
