Looking for Chartered Accountant with 11+ years of experience who can work as a Financial Controller and Implement Systems and Processes for the financial health of the organization. Responsibilities: - Responsible for Financial Controllership, Taxation, Auditing, Budgeting, Forecasting, long-term planning, budgeting, fund-raising, and driving topline and bottom-line. - Drive the company's financial planning, budgeting, working capital, cash flow, and long-term planning etc. - Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks. - Financial planning and analysis, managing treasury function, Budgetary Control etc. - Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations - Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, auditors, treasurers etc.) - Manage internal and external stakeholders and relationships. - Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports. - Establish accounting methods (SOP), policies, and principles. - Manage and oversee daily operations relating to finance and set up & oversee the company's finance IT system - Ensure compliance with the law and the company's policies - Stakeholder management.
