- Our client is a German MNC, which is the leader into manufacturing of Insulation products. They are based out of Pune and are a growing company, with over 100 crore of Turnover in India.

Job Description:

As the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for the following:

- Support Management in formulating and implementing Business strategy pro actively

- Work with Business and Operations to prepare the annual budget & quarterly re-forecasts

- Ensure statutory compliance in the areas of taxation, companies act and other economic laws

- Prepare an audit plan for the year and ensure that the audits (Statutory, Tax, Group, and Internal)

- Ensure proper planning for Tax, filing of returns and handling of assessments

- Ensure that the treasury function in managed for existing operations

- Working capital management; drive for the reduction of working capital across the organization.

- Ensure timely and efficient collection of debt by bringing in credit control measures

- To set up IT systems & process to support all organizational needs

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful applicant, you are required to fulfill the following criteria; CA with 10 years of post-qualification work-experience

- Must Have hands on SAP system knowledge

- Manufacturing background

- Proven experience in Conceptualizing and developing financial plans for new initiatives, operations, commercial functions

- Must have worked in the position of Finance Manager / Finance Controller earlier

- Candidate must have MNC background
