About Our Client

Our client is a French Multinational having diversed operations in the Infrastructure, Automation, Energy and Concessions industry. With a global turnover of $60bn and having their presence in more than 45 countries they are looking to launch their operations in India through inorganic growth.

To develop a strong base for a fast paced growth in India they are currently looking at a Finance Controller to spearhead their Finance operations based out of the corporate office in Bangalore.

Job Description

Reporting into the India Country Manager and Global Finance Head your responsibilities will be:

- Overseeing the entire accounting function and ensure timely accounting closures as per IGAAP and IFRS

- Ensuring compliance of direct and indirect tax as per Indian Tax Laws

- Co-ordinate with corporate for annual budgets, group reporting and participate in key management meetings

- Ensuring timely completion of statutory and internal audits

The Successful Applicant

You are a Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in the Infrastructure or EPC industry. You must have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a controller and should be adept in understanding business needs. You must have strong interpersonal and managerial skills.
