Finance Controller - Education - CA

Spectral Consultants is hiring for the role of Finance Controller with one of the Global chain of Schools.

Role & responsibilities

1. Overseeing and managing the financial activities of an organization.

2. Assist RFC in the development and implementation of Finance policies and practices. Supports the designs and delivery of Finance priorities and organizational strategies in line with the organizations business plans.

3. Will be responsible for preparation and monitoring of budget and Forecast

4. Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and strategic investments.

5. Providing leadership to the local Finance team, assisting in the development and implementation of Finance strategies, policies and procedures in the geography.

6. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Qualified CA / CMA with proven experience in a senior financial management role, preferably as a Finance Controller or similar position.

2. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data to support decision-making.

4. Prior/Current BIG 4 exp is preferred.
