Position Finance Controller (Reporting to CEO)

Location - Bangalore

Company Description

- Your Kids are Our Kids (YKROK) is a leading Corporate sponsored childcare services company in India. The company is headquartered in Bangalore and has daycare centers in business parks of Bangalore, Chennai, Pune and Gurgaon.

- YKROK is planning to become a company with Rs. 100 crores of revenues in the next 5-6 years and has partnered with a leading Private Equity fund in India.

- The company has marquee customers like IBM, Accenture, Texas Instruments, TCS, Oracle etc.

- The company was founded 10 years back by Mr. Bharat Kapoor and Mrs. Suman Kapoor, who lived and worked in the US before moving to India to start YKROK.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain financial reports and dashboards required to assess the financial health of the company.

- Review and present monthly MIS and budgets required for a fast growing business.

- Provide leadership to admission & fee collection and vendor & procurement departments.

- If needed, assist in negotiating with landlords for renting space for day care centers and maintain a list and record of all leases and related documents

- Handle project financing, feasibility study, all tax appraisals and other compliance related work.

- Provide strategic support to the management team by analyzing trends of various services/customers and geographies.

The person

- Candidate should be CA/ CS

- 7-10 years of experience in similar job profile (retail experience preferred).

- In depth understanding of India statutory requirements and laws, GAAP along with working knowledge of India tax laws.

- Ability to work in a team with professional and positive attitude

- Commitment to high standards.

- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
