Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for management of F&A operations & planning comprising of Accounts payables accounts receivables, Month closures, GL accounting, MIS reporting, Cash Flow, Fund Management, P&L preparation & Analysis.

- Responsible for accuracy, timelines and the general integrity of the F&A Operations delivery and related reports.

- Responsible for process excellence by planning and implementing operations strategy. Review existing operations framework, identify areas of opportunity, explore cost controlling and cost management route and obtain top management opinion as required.

- Responsible for team management, hiring, motivating, retention and development of personnel directly associated in F&A section.

- Reporting and analytics.

- Cash flow management and planning.

- Book close and MIS.

- Discuss the results with business heads of the company.

- Cost control project.

- Compliances knowledge.

- Liasioning with bankers

- Dealing with external investors.
