Finance Controller - CA - Trading/Framing Industry

We are hiring for the position of Finance Controller with a Leading MNC Group for West Africa.

Qualification: CA Qualified

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Partnering Business Head & team for driving sustainable profitable growth

- Proactively identifies opportunities for continuous business & process improvement, supports & influences business team in

- Ensures focused attention on Fixed & Working Capital productivity to drive FCF, ROE, and ROIC.

- Working Capital Management including managing local & overseas Debtors/creditors, to take advantage of Interest rate arbitrage,

- Generates ideas for sustained cost management take personal ownership for successful realization

- Drives functional excellence through continuous process improvement

- Coordinate with Product desk and Central Corporate Finance Team

- Profit planning and tax optimization

- Provide coordination of all legal and fiscal matters of the business

- Overview of systems & IT initiatives, including automation of data entry, reporting & control of transactions

- Budgeting & Variance Analysis - Frame Financial Budgets & present Variance Analysis

- Preparation and scrutiny of Financial and Management Accounts

- Periodical reporting on risks and profitability of the business

- Capex proposal preparation / evaluation and review
