Job Description:

1. Project accounting, with special emphasis on Government business

2. Global accounting and bookkeeping

3. Statutory audit and various compliance - global

4. Proactive management of corporate structure - formation and management of more subsidiaries in different geographies

5. Moving the company into a different level of MIS - activity-based budgeting and reporting at a granular level

6. Support to management on ad-hoc reporting needs

7. Transfer price management

8. Interaction with Legal and advisory firms to support financial decisions - mergers, ESOP, labor issues, insurance etc

9. Banking activities

10. Supervision of day to day bookkeeping and money operations

11. Accounts Payables process and vendor management

12. Establishing processes that relate to expenses, payables, receivables, reporting, payroll, etc.

13. Supervision of Facilities

14. Vetting of commercial components of proposals

15. Sales Operations with respect to commissions, expenses reimbursements, travel, etc for the global entity

16. Revenue recognition.
