About our Client - Our client is a globally renowned manufacturer and retailer. They are listed on NASDAQ and report a consistent revenue growth year on year. They have 30+ manufacturing units spread across the globe and plan to expand rapidly in India. They are looking for a Finance Controller who resonates with their expansion plan and can get the ball rolling.

Job Description - While reporting into the MD, you would also be handling a team of 10 (mostly CAs) directly. Your responsibilities would be:

- Leading strategic business planning - budgeting, forecasting and business review for the business PAN India

- Consolidation of all the financial statements for various BUs across the geography of India in accordance with IGAAP and IFRS

- Should ensure timely compliance with local direct and indirect taxes and identify timely tax incentive opportunities

- Overlooking and maintaining compliance during the Statutory and Internal Audits

- Ensuring compliance through process building based on global guidelines

The Successful Candidate - You must be a CA with 8-12 years of experience. You have a good mix of experience from Manufacturing as well as the Service industry. Vast experience in Accounting, Auditing, Consolidation and Taxation (Direct and Indirect) is crucial. Good communication skills is a must owing to regular interactions with stake-holders from US.
