Finance Controller - CA - Manufacturing

We have an urgent opening for the position of Finance Controller in Hyderabad.

Synopsis :

He / She would have direct responsibility for the organizations accounting function and preparation of financial statements. He would have to ensure proper financial control are followed across the organization and timely MIS and reports generated and provided to senior management.

Job Description :

- Candidate would be responsible for the Corporate Planning & Systems .

- Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin

- Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting.

- He will take care of all the Banking and Working related Capital

- He would be responsible for the Accounts & Audit

- Oversee Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals.

- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation

- Corporate level negotiations (eg premises, plant, trading, acquisitions and divestment's, disposals, relationships with regulatory bodies, approvals and accreditation's.) .

Desired Candidate :

- Candidate should have minimum 15 Years of Finance experience in preferably in large scale manufacturing firms with multiple locations plant facilities and with different business units.

- Candidate should be CA or CA + ICWA .

- Candidate should have knowledge of SAP and familiarity with cutting edge tools for MIS.

- Candidate must be fully conversant with Fund Raising and Fund Management.

- Candidate must be very well versed in dealing with Banks and Financial Institutions.

- Candidate must be experienced with arranging Project Finance for various projects as well as expansions etc.

- Knowledge of innovative Financing Structures and Funding Mechanisms will serve as an added advantage for the applicant.

- Candidate should be smart and articulate with good communication and presentation skills.

- Good Interpersonal skills

- Good Leadership skills.
