We have an opening for a Finance Controller for a Noida based IT start-up.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

Specification / Skills / Experience:

- Responsible for entire finance function of the unit including maintenance of books and records and overseeing the finance team

- Establishing systems for recording of daily business transactions in the sequence of their dates and validating the integrity of the information presented in the form of financial statements by adhering to certain fundamental facts and uniform enforcement of fundamental accounting principles

- Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory and fiduciary responsibilities including deduction and deposit of dues, filing of returns, assessments, company law matters, etc.

- Monitoring invoices, bills, acknowledgement copies, PO, payment vouchers etc.

- Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports

- Planning and preparation of cash forecast and controlling of cash outflows

- Manage the annual audit process in conjunction with the appointed auditors to ensure statutory accounts are produced within the required deadlines

- Other Ad- Hocs as and when requested or required.

Experience: 9-10 years

Primary Skills (Must have):

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 6+ year's relevant experience;

- Good project management skills and excellent Communication Skills;

- High on initiative;

- Expert knowledge on Tally ERP, Excel & MS Office;

- Team management skills
