Finance Controller - CA - Internet/Online

Responsibilities

- Fund related

- Assist the CFO in fund related matters- Qtly reports,

- Understanding of fund structure and tax related issues for the fund

- Understanding of India Advisory company from Transfer pricing angle.

- PF Management

- Get involved in the company from the time diligence kicks in- Will assist and advise the investment team in picking the right vendor for legal and financial DD and define scope of work and negotiate fee.

- Own and drive company structuring activity

- Appraise the Mauritius board on DD findings and finance related matters on the target company

- Review DD report and provide go head to the investment team for closing the transaction

- Ensure all CPs are completed before wiring. Keep track of CSs and work with the CEO/CFO/investment team and ensure they are completed before the due date

- Set up process and systems to track and monitor PF company compliance, reporting, Audit and other finance and legal matters

- Assist PF companies in hiring finance team or if the company and operations are small hire the right outsourced service provider to handle finance function

- Review MIS monthly/quartertyas the case may be prior to BM and provide insights to the GP on issues to be discussed in the BM

- Archive all documents in BOX for every PF company.

- Assist the company - statutory audit, internal audit report, ESOP, D&O

Requirements

1. Chartered Accountant with 8-12 years of relevant experience

2. Experience in the Audit Practice of a Big 4 accounting firm will be preferred

3. We are looking for a senior professional who can hit the ground running, displays high levels of ownership, has excellent communication skills, is diligent and has the maturity to work with a variety of stakeholders

4. Is based out of / willing to relocate to Bangalore
