Education :

Minimum : CA

Preferred : CS

Experience : 12-15 year's work experience post qualification

Roles :

- Lead and develop a team of senior managers to drive the Company's Finance Strategy implementation, including ensuring consistency and compliance with guidelines

- Responsibility for credit control, audit, payroll, budgeting and forecasting, and business-decision support. Ensure compliance related to local tax (sales tax, service tax, profession tax, PF, TDS etc) as well as a strong understanding of international tax practices, compliance with Companies act

- Provide direction to all Regional Commercial functions so that financial transactions, policies and procedures meet the organization's short-term and medium-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with defined regulations and standards.

- Manage key internal stakeholders (Business Unit Head, Regional Commercial & Finance Management, APAC and Global Finance, etc.). Manage the services provided by external parties (local service providers for tax compliance & statutory accounting, travel & expense processing, etc.).

- Provide leadership and guidance to the Finance team; Review submissions of Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting.

- Assume accountability for all Finance services and processes performed locally including Credit Management, Billing & AR, Document Management, etc.
