Role and Responsibilities :

- The Finance Controller is responsible for driving the success of services & brand promise in the marketplace. This person will:

- To ensure completeness and accuracy of the books of accounts.

- To have a full control over the statutory accounts

- To supervise and handle all the tax, company secretary and other regulatory compliance activities.

- To plan and execute statutory audits by conducting meetings with auditors and company senior management.

- To review management reporting pack submissions and support for IFC and compliance audits.

- To review and supervise work performed by assistant controllers and process teams.

- To review and suggest process improvements in various process teams to ensure better control.

- To review and control the Accrual process and the accounts receivables of the entity

Required Skills / Special Qualifications

- CA, professional degree

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.

- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time - to deliver results on time and under budget.

- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Experience in ERP systems, especially SAP will be an added advantage
