Job Description - Reporting to the Senior VP Finance and handling a team of 10-12 people, you will be responsible for:

- Ensure completeness, accuracy & adherence to timelines in monthly/annual book closing and reporting by consolidating books as per IGAAP and IFRS/USGAAP

- Improve internal control environment by driving statutory, tax and internal audits working closely with external auditors

- Improve performance of finance controlling team by periodic communication of latest developments in legislation & Internal & External reporting requirements.

- Effective monitoring of working capital and trade terms

- Responsible for Channel management and Sales accounting

- Monitoring creditor's ageing and ensuring timely payables management

- Responsible for continuous system and process improvements and automation of financial, accounting and business processes, in close coordination with the ERP implementation team

- Participating and contributing in various high impact strategic projects

The Successful Candidate - You must be CA with 12-15 years of post qualification experience in Consumer Durables/FMCG/Retail/Internet space, with at least 3-5 years experience as Financial Controller. You must have worked in a Big 4 and should also be well versed with ERP with an inclination to automate all Finance processes. A candidate looking for entrepreneurial work environment along with a proactive and dynamic personality would be ideal fit for this role.
