Finance Controller - CA/CPA

Finance Controller of Growth Start-up to assist CFO for Reporting, Compliances, Taxation and Automation Journey.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for timely closing of monthly and annual financials as per US GAAPs and IGAAPs and timely audit completion.

- Responsible for yearly budgeting, monthly forecasting and variance analysis as compared with actuals.

- Managing corporate finance, payroll, accounting, banking operations, tax, AR and AP functions.

- Liaising and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as auditors, tax team, lawyers, bankers, and suppliers for seamless financial management & operations.

- Implementation of ERP and other Automation Initiatives.

Qualifications:

- CA with 12+ yrs experience.

- CPA Preferred.

- Attitude to learn and perform.
