Finance Controller - CA - BioTechnology

Our client, a fast growing Industrial Biotechnology company, is seeking a Finance Controller for their set-up in Bangalore.

Role Summary: To Develop financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services; preparing growth plans; directing staff.

To manage Accounts, Statutory Compliance & Taxation, Bank matters and ROC related matters.

Requirements: Should have handled Accounts for 10 + years in a Manufacturing Organization.

Compliance to statutory requirements and Nil deviations in audits.

Relationships with banks, auditors and other external stakeholders.

Should be adept at making and interpreting MIS reports.

Qualifications: CA with minimum 10 years of experience in a Manufacturing setup.
