About our Client - Our client is a listed MNC, which is massively expanding in India. With a multi million turnover, they are presently giving competition to the established players in the industry and looking for an individual to head the finance function in Bangalore

Job Description - Reporting to the Business Head, your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading the finance and accounts team and providing key strategy inputs

- Acting as a business partner and supporting the India and international business

- Managing the changing regulatory environment and liaising with auditors

- Managing relationships with Banks and other stakeholders

- Being responsible for all the taxation & transfer pricing related matters

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant, you should be a CA with more than 8 years of experience. You should be presently heading the Finance functions of an MNC. You should have hands-on experience with setting up processes and controls within your organization.
