Job Description:

Handling a team of 4-5 direct reports

Reporting to Group CFO

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Centre Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances according to Line of Business/ Cost Centre - Revenue, P&L, Overheads, Capex

- Balance Sheet Analysis

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings related to Income tax, Indirect Taxes (Service tax/ VAT), Payroll Compliances (PF, ESI, etc.)
