Finance Controller - CA

Education: CA (Qualified)

Experience: 4 - 6 yrs

Location: Mumbai

Shift: 12.00 PM - 9.00 PM

KEY ACTIVITIES:

- Excellent work experience in Financial Reporting as per US GAAP / IFRS

- Strong exposure to US GAAPs accounting and auditing pronouncements made.

- Responsible for delivering core financial control activities including balance sheet reconciliation and substantiation ledger close and fulfillment of all statutory regulatory and management reporting.

- Manage internal and external audit requirements

- Managing provision of detailed review and where appropriate commentary of financial information as well as identifying areas for detailed analysis or further investigation. Ensuring corrections are made where necessary

- Establish a strong culture of risk awareness and control review and challenge ensuring issues are identified and resolved in a constructive open manner.

- Define impact analysis of proposed changes in terms of complexity man day efforts and cross cluster impacts

- Support business by being the single point of contact.

- Involvement in effective management of transitions of any additional finance processes and other mobilizations which includes developing and maintaining process maps and supporting documentation for all Controllership activities managed by the team.

- Developing and managing client relationships
