Finance Controller

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure effective fund allocation.

- Ensure statutory compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness for financial reporting.

- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and risk management for financial stability.

- Supervise ERP-based accounting processes and maintain financial records.

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

- Collaborate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and internal teams for compliance.

- Provide financial insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

- Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and FCRA compliance regulations.

Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Relevant and total years of Experience: 10 - 15 years of experience in Financial Planning, Financial Analysis with reputed Organization
