Finance Controller - CA

Age limit till 44 years

Responsibility Area :

- Finance / costing related transaction check and finalization

- Vendor Management

- Cross departmental coordination with various departments (Purchase, Marketing, HR)

- Coordinating with Parent Company / other affiliated companies for business transactions

- Co-ordination and Management Factory Finance operations

- Funds Management / Co-ordination with Banks

- Resolving SAP related query and coordinating with support team in KCO

- Preparation and finalization of overhead (Corporate, Marketing)

- Preparation and finalization of budget with detailed variance analysis

- Preparation and finalization of MIS with detailed variance analysis

- Preparation and finalization of Balance sheet

- Co-ordination with auditors (Internal, Statutory, Tax)

- Finalization of cost Reco with DIL

- Sales reporting

- Ensuring Secretarial Compliance about Board meeting/resolution etc.

- Handling legal matters of Bangladesh with Lawyers in collaboration with internal team

- Ensuring income tax filing and getting assessment completed with relevant authorities

External : Banks, Statutory Authorities, Auditors, Vendors, Debtors

Age group : 33-40 Years

Education: CA (Essential) with a minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
