Finance Controller - CA

Lead financial management, cost control, and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with the CEO. Establish and manage the FP&A function, driving strategy, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, cash management, and audit processes. Analyze costs, identify savings opportunities, and implement efficient financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic:

- Oversee P&L, control costs, and enhance profitability.

- Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Prepare investor presentations, business plans, and financial models.

- Optimize financial processes and reporting capabilities.

- Lead internal control implementation and risk mitigation.

- Evaluate business cases for new product initiatives.

Operational:

- Manage budgets and provide regular financial performance reports.

- Oversee cash flow, tax optimization, and compliance.

- Collaborate with teams on cost analysis, reporting, and variance tracking.

- Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely audits.

- Partner with stakeholders to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional certification preferred.

- Expertise in cost accounting, financial modeling, and reporting.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

- Experience in startups, investment banking, or BIG4 firms is a plus.
