Finance Controller - BPO/ITeS

Job Description :

- Be strategy lead for the India Geography and drive cost initiatives. Lead process transformation & productivity, benchmarking processes in scope.

- Legal entity controller for India, South Africa and other geographies covering all the key processes like Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, T&E, Reconciliations.

- Lead in depth analytics of financials (MoM, QoQ, YoY)

- Manage Finance & Accounting shared services in driving efficiencies, standardization & accuracy. Build transition plan for enhancing the penetration of the shared services.

- Active engagement with key stakeholders like Auditors, Finance leadership, operating leadership, functional heads and be an effective business partner.

- Lead payroll for India and Philippines geographies with ~30000 employees.

- Statutory Compliances like local GAAP reporting, Provident Fund, GST etc for India geography.

- Drive various digitization/automation projects.

- Support financial due diligence and integration in Mergers and Acquisitions.

Essential Functions :

- Global consolidation and Reporting of various legal entities, finalization and presentation of monthly financials to Controller & Senior Management.

- Analyzing monthly financials (MoM, QoQ, YoY)

- Internal & Statutory Audits including US GAAP, SOX, Compliances

- Indian GAAP Financials

- Finance Transformation and Digitization

- Drive cost savings initiatives

- Payroll management

- Sound knowledge of various statutory compliances like P.F, GST etc.
