Role : Finance Controller

Designation : Group Manager - Finance

Location : Gurgaon

Years Of Experience : 10-12

Qualification : Graduate, Chartered Accountant/MBA - Finance (preferred)

Reporting To : Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities :

- Financial Reporting to Country Management and Global Finance Teams including analytical inputs to control and drive performance

- Drive the creation and operation of reliable, timely and consistent financial reporting systems and processes for External & Internal stakeholders

- Establish and operate a robust financial planning assessment and forecasting system

- Drive the Annual Goal setting & Budgeting exercise by providing accurate data and analysis

- Drive projects for achievement of financial objectives of the company

- Establish strong internal control and compliance systems

- Create a motivated team, supervise and review performance on ongoing basis

Desirable Skills :

- Exposure to management reporting, financial accounting, compliance - preferably in IT Services/IT Enabled Services industry

- Excellent analytical & numerical ability

- Should have strong knowledge & capabilities of budgeting, forecasting & review process

- Excellent presentation and communication skills and experience of working with top management

- High performing individual with strong business sense

- Team player, should be able to create synergy and interact with, cross functional teams

- Should possess strong people management skills
