Finance Controller - BFSI

- Managing the entire gamut of financial, commercial and accounting activities.

- Business Planning and budgeting for effective financial management of the organization, to achieve its corporate objectives.

- Preparing annual budgets for operations, and periodical forecasts exercising budgetary control and managing the working capital.

- Supervising the preparation of statutory, taxation and divisional accounts

- Ensuring timely assessment and filing of corporate and individual direct and indirect taxation.

- Implementation and monitoring of effective financial policies and timely finalization of accounts Optimizing Fund Allocation.

- Ensuring Legal and Regulatory Compliance

- Supervise and manage financial & Accounting department staff

- Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback

- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities

- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts

- Prepare and analyse monthly Profit and Loss statement

- Monitor organization expenditure against budget and conduct variance analysis.

- Design, implement and maintain internal controls to minimize risks and as recommended by external auditors.

- Handle company tax issues and liaison with tax agents and/or authorities and Liaison with external auditors for the annual audit.
