Controller + Business Development

As part of a bigger consulting engagement, looking to recruit a senior Finance and Business professional for an MNC conglomerate that is into several businesses. The company is a Fortune 500 company.

- We are looking to have a veteran on board, somebody who is ready to take up a business role in addition to the classic role of a Finance professional.

- The job entails interaction across multiple units to build business, identify and assess M&A opportunities, present to top management etc

Ideal candidate will be someone with / in:

1) In a manufacturing set up in a Finance role

2) An MNC set up

3) Has experience in consolidation of accounts across multiple units

4) Has done some M&A

5) CA, MBA

6) Has been part of Steering Committees, helped establish strategic direction, worked with CXOs, or is one
