FINANCE CONTROLLER- B2B Product start up Bangalore

WE'RE LOOKING FOR A FINANCE CONTROLLER

Work location- Bangalore

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Finance and has done this role for 5+ years, we want you to start at the Controller level, and head on up the ladder as the company grows. This role is perfect for you if you've 5+ or more years of experience working in a Finance Controller related role, preferably at a start-up. You know that world inside out, and you know how it could be done better. Now you want a chance to do it your way. RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Manage the company's finances and ensure financial reporting, compliance, and accounting, MIS reporting etc with respect to domestic and global compliance

2. Manage the company's funding-related financial documentation, diligence, and coordination with internal and external teams.

3. Structuring and owning the internal finance team at each stage of the companies growth

4. Be responsible for Business and strategy planning and Global entity structuring

5. Work on Cap Table management

6. Work with the senior leadership teams to manage and control financial metrics efficiently within the organization.

7. Ensure legal and licensing compliance with periodic scanning of business models..

8. Manage Finance and accounts globally

9. Management of ESOPs and issuance

10. Partner, and work closely with banks / financial institutions to support business milestones.

11. Provide frameworks for and streamlining of operational and legal functions across the firm.

12. Treasury Management

13. Revenue & Deferred Revenue recognition

REQUIREMENTS :

- 6 - 8 years of experience in the Finance Controller role

- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

- Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management.

- Thorough knowledge of Fundraising

- Knowledge of global payroll process

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities

IDEAL :

- Experience with the start-up

- CA certification is essential, and a Master's degree in Finance is preferred

- Entrepreneurial at heart and likes to take ownership
