Job Responsibilities:

1) Fund management and Forex management

2) Arrange fund from Bank for working capital, term loan for capital expenditure etc. Renewal of bank limits. Ensure proper fund utilization, Arrangement of Bank audit.

3) Governess compliance management, internal audit

4) Taxation & Legal compliances

5) Internal Control

6) Overview of IT

7) MIS Ensure timely reporting of Flash, Internal reporting and highlighting budget variances if any

8) Secretarial Arrangement of all meetings like board meeting, audit committee meeting with directors
