Finance Controller - Automotive

Background and experience: CA with 12 - 15 years of experience in Finance and Business Leadership experience with deep knowledge of Corporate Finance, Controllership, Direct and Indirect Tax, Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis, Indian GAAP, US GAAP, Internal control in Automotive Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Driving profitable growth

- Working capital optimization and free cash flow growth

- Preparation of Annual operating plan, Quarterly forecast

- Drive Budgetary Controls

- Co-ordinate long term 5 year Strategic plan

- Business and Financial Controls

- Periodic Operating Reviews

- Drive margin and working capital improvement initiative

- Provide financial inputs for sales bids

- Comply Corporate and Accounting Policies

- Key point of contact to Process Solutions SBU global finance organization
