Finance Controller - Auto/Mfg

Key Deliverables

- Preparation of Budget and Business Plan, Forecasting

- Consolidation, MIS & Reporting to India Management and group company

- Budget Tracking, Variance Analysis

- Monthly Financials Release

- Costing & Pricing

- Statutory Compliance's, Direct & Indirect Taxation,

- Bank Liaisoning,

- Working Capital Management

- Eliminate breaches of internal controls

- SOX and IGAAP Controls Compliance Requirements

- Knowledge of IGAAP and USGAAP

- Continuously improve closing processes from a time, accuracy and productivity perspective

- Lead financial portion of the strategic planning process, ensure that results are properly scoped, presented, tracked and reported

- Develop and maintain appropriate internal controls across all operations

- Work closely with functional and business unit leaders in conducting detailed financial and business analyses to identify potential problems, determine root causes and recommend appropriate solutions

- Setting up the systems and procedures, Documentation management and control

- Setting up the Deliverable's, processes on line checks.

- Management and execution of work related to new projects.

- Communicating with internal and external customers with respect to the function.

- Training and developing associates, employees and driving organization culture

Background & Requirements

- Qualified CA

- Minimum 6-8 years of rich applicable experience, preferably in a OEM or Manufacturing environment

- Strong analytical abilities

- Good computer skills

- Good command of English, Marathi and Hindi.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Working knowledge of statistical analysis

- Team Player

- Strong leadership ability; takes initiative and drives change

- Excellent written and oral communications skills

- Ability to work in a self-directed OR team environment

- Project Management experience (complete responsibility for "owning" projects, working with vendors and contractors, meeting project timelines, etc.)
