Finance Controller Analyst - D2C Business

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The role involves financial controllership, MIS reporting, and effective stakeholder management to support business growth and strategic decisions.

Key Responsiblities:

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance:

- Prepare financial statements as per IND AS standards.

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act requirements, including clarity on consolidation

and related party transactions.

- Review and prepare detailed ledgers and ensure accuracy in accounting records.

2. MIS & Analysis:

- Prepare and present MIS reports, including investor MIS and board decks.

- Conduct OPEX analysis, P&L, and balance sheet variance analysis.

3. Process Improvements & Automation:

- Lead and implement automation and process improvement projects.

- Drive initiatives for enhanced efficiency in financial operations.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with the senior manager, finance/controller, & FP&A lead.

- Support the preparation of critical reports for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Payroll & Financial Operations:

- Manage payroll accounting and ensure accurate reporting.

- Oversee operational aspects of financial management, including investor and management reporting.

6. Strategic Contribution:

- Support strategic decision-making through in-depth financial analysis and reporting.

- Contribute to the preparation of investor-ready decks and presentations.

7. Systems Expertise:

- Maintain proficiency in Excel and Tally for financial operations and reporting.

- Enhance reporting frameworks with advanced tools and techniques.
