About our Client - Our client is a UK Based MNC, specializing in business, enterprise as well as carrier solutions to various sectors like Telecom, IT, and Financial Services. With a customer- oriented vision, they are looking at hiring key talent for the capability center set up in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting the the Head of Accounting and Reporting, your role will entail the following:

- Own Financial Accounting & Reporting for specific Entities / Divisions.

- Analyse business performance/results/ drivers, providing feedback to senior management.

- Understand all financial, technical or operational issues and potential impacts.

- Engage with multiple BU/Country/FSSC stakeholders and collaborate at all levels

- Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and year end financial reporting, together with commentaries.

- Ensuring integrity and completeness of financial records, and ensuring compliance with Company Policies & Deadlines.

- Preparation, review and submission of local statutory accounts as per applicable GAAP/IFRS (with help of local advisers/finance/Corp Tax team

- Tax compliance including tax calculations, maintenance of tax records and liaison with tax advisers/Corp Tax team.

- Coordination of Internal & External Audits. · Drive Standardization & Process Improvements in respective functional area.

- Drive CSAT and ESAT; Deliver on agreed SLA's/KPIs

- Guide Accounting & Reporting Team to Resolve Technical & Operational Issues.

- Continuously innovate with focus to improve process and enhance efficiencies.

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA (First Attempt) with 8-11 years of post qualification experience in an MNC environment. You should have exposure of interacting with stakeholders from different countries and cultural environments. You should be extremely hands on in accounting and reporting with working knowledge of IFRS and USGAAP.
