About our Client - our client is a globally renowned medical technology firm and expanding exponentially in the Indian market as well. the company is looking for an individual who will be a core member of the India Finance team.

Job Description - Reporting directly to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include:

- financial accounting, month/ year end closing and MIS leading finance team of 5-7 people and develop exhaustive financial plans, annual/statutory reports, budgets and Forecasts

- maintain financial administration systems and processes in compliance with U.S. GAAP guidelines

- SOX, statutory and FP&A audits

- review of monthly schedules and their reconciliation with the trial balance

- treasury function

- analysis of company's financial results

- handling and managing routine payables and receivables, supplier payments, company accounts, MIS generation, statutory financial obligations

The Successful Candidate - You are a certified CA (which should have been cleared in first attempt) with post qualification experience of minimum 7-10 years in an MNC and CA articleship preferably from a Big 4. You should be from one of the metro cities, having high quality experience in a corporate finance role with latter years in a similar position . You should have strong experience in developing detailed and exhaustive Budgets and Financial Plans. You must be very detail oriented and highly systems and processes driven.
