Finance Controller

We have been retained by a professionally managed limited company based at Kolkata with a turnover of more than Rs.1000 Crore for the recruitment of Finance Controller for their Corporate Office at Kolkata.

For better understanding, we are giving herein below the Job Description of the position :

Job Description

- The Finance Controller shall report to Chairman and MD.

- He shall be overall in-charge of finance and accounts operations of the Company.

- The candidate should be able to conceptualize, plan and design strategies for development, institutional systems and processes, regulatory and monitoring frameworks that will lay the foundation for Kalpena for the future.

- The job requires multi-functional approach and continuous co-ordination with the different Governmental Agencies, Financial Institutions and also requires supervision at various levels to ensure Compliance seamless functioning of the financial function of the Company.

Minimum Requirements:

Preferable Age: 40-50 years.

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/MBA with specialization in Finance with good academic record from premier and recognized institutes with at least 15-20 years of broad experience in all aspects of Corporate Finance and the entire gamut of Finance & Accounts

Experience:

- Minimum 20 years of post qualification experience and experience in dealing with corporate financial management including cost and budgetary control, institutional/multilateral finance, working capital management in an organization of repute.

Job Location: Position is currently based in Kolkata, but will require frequent travel to Mumbai, Daman & Diu.

Salary: As per industry norms and may vary as per the qualification and experience.
