Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business growth.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, income tax, and transfer pricing.

- Manage internal controls, financial audits, and risk assessments to ensure regulatory adherence.

- Lead month-end and year-end financial closing processes with accurate reporting.

- Optimize working capital, cash flow, and treasury management.

- Develop tax strategies to ensure efficiency and minimize liabilities.

- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and consultants.

- Implement strong MIS and financial reporting systems for data-driven decision- making.

- Provide strategic insights to the leadership team on cost optimization and profitability.

- Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure operational excellence.

- Draft legal / commercial agreements

- Participate in commercial negotiations and legal agreement closures with customers and vendors.

Key Requirements:

- CA-qualified professional with 8-10 years of experience, preferably in digital marketing, mobile advertising or tech-enabled businesses.

- Strong expertise in compliance, taxation, financial regulations, and risk management.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Excel.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
