Finance Controller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Controller (FC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management in strategizing and optimizing financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cash Flow Strategy: Strategize and manage cash flow to ensure the financial stability of the organization.

- Annual Accounts Closure: Lead the annual accounts closure process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

- Quarterly Financial Review: Conduct quarterly financial reviews, providing insights and recommendations based on performance.

- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with both internal and statutory auditors to ensure audit compliance and address any findings.

- Annual Budgeting Plan: Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, aligning with organizational goals and strategies.

- Management Information System (MIS): Prepare and analyse MIS reports for various financial scenarios, offering insights to support decision-making.

- Monthly Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, highlighting variances and offering recommendations for corrective actions.

- Payment Coordination: Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.

- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to all relevant compliance requirements, including the Companies Act, Transfer Pricing, Taxation Laws, RBI, FEMA, MSME guidelines, etc.

- Knowledge of Standards: Maintain and apply knowledge of InDAS, IFRS, other applicable GAAP, and SEBI regulations in financial reporting and compliance.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
