Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses in accordance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monthly closing of management account
- Develop financial strategies and plans to support long-term goals and objectives.
- Preparation of annual and functional budget such as sales projection, manpower planning, capital budget with bottom-up data
- Lead the annual budgeting process, prepare financial forecasts, and monitor financial performance against targets.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify financial risks, implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs and investment requirements.
- Evaluate and prioritize capital investment opportunities, monitor project financials, and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting requirements, and other statutory obligations.
Experience & Qualification:
- Qualified CA with at least 12 years of post qualification experience only from OIL & GAS industry.
