About our Client - Our client is a world leading port group, which participate in 25+ port projects in 15 countries in Europe, America and Asia. Our client is currently seeking a talent finance professional who will setup their India operation in Mumbai.

Job Description - You will be reporting to the GM Finance and CEO and will be required to start our clients operations in India, you are required to perform the following functions:

- Responsible for the smooth running of the finance function and providing the finance & accounting support and expertise to the entity CEO in the areas of business operations, strategy and expansion.

- Lead the financial systems and structures, financial and budget planning with related monitoring, analysis and processes.

- Responsible for all timely HQ and Board financial management and statutory tax reporting.

- Interface effectively with principally internal customers but also external parties such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretariat and bankers.

- Establish standard operating procedures for operational and transactional processes impacting the financial statements, including closing, reporting and analysis

- Build finance and accounts team to cater to the growing operations

The Successful Candidate -

- You a CA with at 10 least years of experience in cargo container and distribution business.

- You must possess an excellent track record of finance management and leadership in an MNC environment.

- Ideal candidate should have the exposure and capacity to start operations and implement processes independently.
