Summary :

The Finance & Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, and compliance initiatives across all our office locations, with a focus on :

- Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's international expansion goals.

- Understanding global norms for incorporation, operations, administration, payroll, taxation, compliance, org structure

- Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Supporting global expansion in all compliance related matters

- Supporting new product launches with legal & financial viewpoints

- Supporting in due diligence processes with necessary legal viewpoints

This role requires a deep understanding of finance and regulatory frameworks, as well as the ability to identify hidden risks, non-conformities, and compliance issues.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.

- Develop and maintain understanding of global norms for various business aspects.

- Support global expansion by providing compliance guidance in different jurisdictions.

- Collaborate with teams for new product launches, ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Assist in due diligence processes to ensure compliance with legal standards.

- Monitor compliance risks, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications :

- Post graduate degree in Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred) with 8+ years of experience.

- Strong understanding of international finance, tax, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong analytical skills for risk identification.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
